Did a mile warm up with Gan and Watson, I felt really good! Then did drills and went to the bullpin. I felt like I had a good start for the mile. I hung right behind Gan and Watson, tried to slide through the pack with them but I wasn't aggressive enough and we got seperated. I finished strong and got a PR 5:31.99! wahoo, I did fall down at the finish but a nice elderly man carried me to the tent. Cooled off with a mile then went and bought my "cotton candy" mizunos. It was a great day!
